I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was quite good. The hotel's location, although in an industrial area, was convenient for short trips around the city and nearby cities. The presence of several restaurants in the vicinity was a plus, and the hotel had ample parking available. The room itself was spacious and quiet, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep.

the location was perfect for my needs as it was situated in a quiet residential area, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. It was also conveniently located near a business district, making it easy for me to attend my meetings.

It was difficult to find the reception area, which was not clearly marked and was in an uninviting location.

The hotel wasn't as pictured in the Booked.net picture, that's the restaurant next door. The shower was cold (eventually this was sorted after I complained), the room was hot and there wasn't a lot for breakfast. The staff on the desk when I arrived wasn't helpful at all, she would rather talk on her mobile. And I got a 7am wake up call on my last day (after working all weekend) without asking for it. The hotel was also hard to find, and they didn't explain how to get internet access (it was cabled not wireless). The bed was uncomfortable and generally it wasn't very good at all. The customer service was not what I'd expect, and the hotel certainly wasn't to the standard it looked in the picture.

When we arrived to the Hotel (about midnight), the receptionist sad we have to have a breakfast at 7 A.M. (not 7 am. To 10 am.) and he was very impolite. Next morning, about 6.30 am., The room phone was ringing ‘accidentally’.

The hotel is situated in a quiet residence on the outskirts, making it a peaceful and relaxing location. the rooms are clean, modern, and well-equipped with bright and modern bathrooms. the staff is welcoming and friendly, going above and beyond to please guests. the breakfast is quite good, offering a variety of options. there is a shopping arcade nearby and the motorway is conveniently located just a few minutes away.

The entrance to the hotel is a bit disappointing, situated between logistic facilities and lacking in aesthetic appeal.

The food was excellent, Italian-speaking staff, spacious room, easy parking, close to the highway.

The room was well equipped with good quality fixtures and fittings. The shower and bed were comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. Being close to the motorway allowed for easy access to travel. It was also positioned behind a retail park and on a trading estate, providing a quiet stay.

The hotel was functional, with no additional features for a social or relaxing stay. The location was far from the center and not well connected to transportation.
